The LEAD Program (Leaders for Equity & Diversity)
The LEAD Program, curated by Mr. Lee (DEIB OFfice, Upper School), invites a cohort of Upper School students to cultivate inclusive leadership skills that center equity, diversity, and learning about the world around them. Workshops, dialogue dinners, peer leadership practice, selected readings, art projects, and active reflection ground the year-long program and provide opportunities for students to implement what they learn. Students who complete the requirements of the program will receive a designation for LEAD on their transcript. Students apply in September, and the program begins in October. Activities and workshops are typically held on Wednesdays after school or Thursday Activity Period and onwards.
The Fall Theatre Production
